PANDEMIC POLICY

Due to COVID-19, for the safety of our customers and ourselves, we will not be accepting any returns. We take extra precaution with every order and package, insuring cleanliness to all items. Regarding this pandemic and any future pandemic we, Glammed Up, will not be accepting any return. Any merchandise bought from the store will be a FINAL sale purchase. 

 

However, if an order is not correct on our behalf:

You must email us within 24 hours of receiving the package. 

When contacting us write your order number, what was wrong with the order, a picture or video of the item, and we’ll make sure to get back to you in at least 24 hours. The order number, picture/video, and the description of what’s wrong are MANDATORY. 

 

    If we haven’t received an email after the first 24 hours of receiving your order, we are unable to further assist you.

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Glammed Up!

You are agreeing to the terms and conditions when ordering from Glammed Up! Allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Business days include Mondays - Fridays and no holidays.

 

All orders are FINAL! However, if something is incorrect on our part, we will do our best to fix any issues.

 

We are a two-member team! If we're experiencing large order volumes, shipments may be delayed a couple of days. We’re not responsible for any shipment delays. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to the carrier. Once in the position of the carrier, they’re responsible for all items.  We’ll do our best to keep every customer updated in a timely manner. If there are any problems with the items, such as damage, stolen, or loss, contact the carrier service first. As the carriers will have more information on the transit of your package.

 

After you’ve placed your order, the shipping address and order cannot be changed under any circumstances. You are responsible for contacting the carrier if you have any concerns about your package when shipped. With that being said, if an order is returned to the sender because of incorrect information and you would like it shipped to the correct address: you’re responsible for any additional fees.

Due to the ongoing circumstances, all items are final. No refunds, No exceptions. All sales are final. With that being said, if anything is wrong on our part, we are sure to come up with a solution.
